representing the Attorney General:

the Freedom of Information Act 1992 to privately operated health facilities
that provide public patient services pursuant to contracts with the Minister
for Health.
(1) Does the
McGowan government support this proposal?

I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question.
(1)–(3) Given
the size and scope of the McGowan government's legislative agenda,
reforms to the Freedom of Information Act 1992 are not expected in this term of
government.
