The total amount of bad debts incurred in the 2006-2007 financial year was $1,722.74.

- monthly management review of aged debtors;
- engagement with debtors exceeding the Department's payment terms through the remittance of late payment notices and follow up telephone calls; and
- use of debt collection agency where required.
