(2) The current DEP licence for ERS requires the installation of groundwater monitoring bores on the premises and submission of a bore location map to the Director by 1 December 2002. ERS is also required to submit groundwater quality data by 1 January 2003. (3) Not applicable. (4) Not applicable. (5) Not applicable.
