(1&2) The tender evaluation report contains intellectual property supplied by all the applicants as part of their tender bids
The unsuccessful tenderers were offered feedback on their bids, and those who requested it were provided details of the assessment and selection process.
It would not be fair or appropriate for the details of the successful and unsuccessful tenderers' intellectual property to be made public. The release of commercially confidential material of this kind could have an adverse effect on those consortia dealing with the State Government in the future.
(3)The Development Agreement and lease applicable to the occupancy of the one40william development was negotiated by the Government utilising expertise from LandCorp, DPI, State Solicitor's Office, DHW Commercial Property Branch and Swayle Hynes Consulting.
At one40william the Commercial Property Branch [on behalf of Government] will be paying $345 per m² per annum in rent, [exclusive of GST and escalating each year by 3.5%] plus outgoings capped at $144.10 per m² per annum from occupancy in 2009/10. These rates are excellent when compared to a contemporary example the "Alluvion Building" [22,000 m²] being built in town. The remaining space in this building is available for lease at $575-$585 per m² per annum plus outgoings depending on the floor level of the space selected.

(5)-(6) The business case submitted forms part of cabinet documents but as the member can see the State Government has secured a very attractive deal.
