Negotiations have been completed for a heritage agreement between the State Heritage Office and the land owner in respect of Lot 7 of Elizabeth Quay. Execution of the agreement by the land owner and the Heritage Council is expected to occur shortly. No other land in Elizabeth Quay has been sold out of state ownership at this time.
