HOUSING DIVERSITY PIPELINE
1568. Hon STEVE MARTIN to the minister representing the
Minister for Housing:
I refer to the housing diversity
pipeline round 2.
(1) Following the
expression of interest process, will invitations to submit detailed proposals
under the HDP round 2 be issued before the government enters caretaker mode?
(2) Is the
announcement on 14 November in relation to the Shire of Narrogin a result of
the HDP round 2 EOI process?
(3) If no to (2), how is the land
transfer part of the housing diversity pipeline rounds 1 or 2?

I thank the member for some notice
of the question. I have an answer that has been provided by the Minister for
Housing. I answer on behalf of the minister representing.
(1) Applications
for the housing diversity pipeline round 2 closed on 21 October 2024 and EOIs
are currently being assessed. Further announcements will be made in due course.
(2) No.
(3) The housing diversity pipeline
is a rolling program with sites added on an ongoing basis for divestment.
