parking in disabled bays has Western Australia Police discussed with the
Minister a policy for a driver’s licence demerit point to be applied to
penalties for the offence and, if yes: (a) When was the matter discussed; and (b) What were the outcomes of the discussions? (2) Has the Minister or Ministerial Staff received any recommendations from groups for a driver’s licence demerit point to be applied to penalties for the offence: (a) If yes, how many recommendations were lodged; (b) Which groups lodged recommendations; and (c) What steps are being taken by the Minister to implement the recommendations?
