I refer the minister to the Burrup Fertilisers Pty Ltd agreement with the Water Corporation. (1) Does the Water Corporation have a contract for water supplies with Burrup Fertilisers? (2) What is the original contracted start date for provision of water to the company? (3) Has the company sought relief from the contract due to delays in the completion of the plant?
