(1) In relation to each department or agency within the Minister’s responsibility that have an internal library service, can the Minister advise: (a) what is the name of the department or agency; (b) how many staff are employed at the library of the department or agency; and (c) what is the budget allocation for the library: (i) in the current financial year; and (ii) in the 2013-2014 state budget? (2) Will each of the department or agency libraries remain fully operational during the coming financial year? (3) If no to (2): (a) in which department or agency will there be a change; (b) what is the nature of the change; and (c) why is the change occurring?
