I refer to the school dental clinic scheme, and ask: (a) in 2015, how many school dental clinics are located in the South West region, and where are they located; (b) how many full time equivalents (FTE) were allocated to each school dental clinic in the South West region; (c) of the FTE allocated to each school dental clinic in the South West region, what was the allocation of: (i) FTE dentists; (ii) FTE dental therapists; (iii) FTE dental assistants; and (iv) other; and (d) in 2015, for each school dental clinic in the South West region: (i) what was the average waiting time for a recall appointment; and (ii) how many students are on the wait list for appointments?
