The Royalties for Regions component of the Social Housing Investment Package (SHIP) will deliver social homes to provide secure housing to the most vulnerable seniors and families with dependent children on the priority waiting list. Royalties for Regions funding will be used for land acquisition, construction of new dwellings, spot purchase of dwellings and purchase and refurbishment.
