I refer to the Department of Water's prosecuting powers against commercial and industrial sites where contaminants are found to leave their property under the Unauthorised Discharge regulations, and I ask —
(1) Over the last five years, has the Department of Water had reason to audit any sites as the potential originator of contaminants?
(2) If yes to (1), please specify which sites and when audits were undertaken?
(3) Have any prosecution proceedings been undertaken against any of these sites?
