I refer to the Local Government Act 1995 , and I ask: (a) what changes to the Planning and Development Act 2005 and the Local Government Act 1995 are attributed in the annual report to the 11 per cent increase in development and resource applications in the State Administrative Tribunal in 2013-14; (b) of the development applications to the State Administrative Tribunal against decisions of local government, how many were determined in favour of the Local Government; and (c) how many development applications against a local government decision were lodged with the State Administrative Tribunal in 2013-14?

(a) No changes to the
Planning and Development Act 2005
or the
Local Government Act 1995
had an impact on the applications lodged with the Tribunal for the period 1/7/2013 to 30/06/2014.  The Tribunal will correct this point in its Annual Report by way of an erratum.
(b) 55 decisions of the Tribunal relating to development applications were in favour of local government authorities for the period 1/7/2013 to 30/06/2014.
(c)
229 applications against local government development decisions were lodged with the Tribunal for the period 1/7/2013 to 30/6/2014.
