For each calendar year between 1 January 2015 and 31 December 2024 in Western Australia, what was the total number of minors by age who received gender affirming care, disaggregated by type of intervention, namely: (a) before 10 years of age: (i) referrals to a gender service; (ii) puberty blocker treatment; (iii) cross-sex hormone treatment; (iv) gender-affirming chest surgeries; and (v) gender-affirming genital surgeries; (b) between 10 and 12 years of age: (i) referrals to a gender service; (ii) puberty blocker treatment; (iii) cross-sex hormone treatment; (iv) gender-affirming chest surgeries; and (v) gender-affirming genital surgeries; (c) between 13 and 15 years of age: (i) referrals to a gender service; (ii) puberty blocker treatment; (iii) cross-sex hormone treatment; (iv) gender-affirming chest surgeries; and (v) gender-affirming genital surgeries; and (d) between 16 and 17 years of age: (i) referrals to a gender service; (ii) puberty blocker treatment; (iii) cross-sex hormone treatment; (iv) gender-affirming chest surgeries; and (v) gender-affirming genital surgeries?
