207. Hon Dr STEVE THOMAS to the parliamentary secretary
representing the Minister for Mines and Petroleum:
I refer to the Gold Corporation
board appointed to oversee the operations of the Perth Mint.
(1) On how many
occasions since March 2017 have the Perth Mint board minutes been submitted to
the oversighting minister's office for review?
(2) On what dates were they
submitted?
(3) Did any of
the submitted minutes identify the substitution of silver into gold being sold
by the Perth Mint; and, if so, on what dates?
(4) Did any of
the submitted minutes raise concerns about potential breaches of criminal law
or potential breaches of transaction reporting laws; and, if so, on what dates?
