(4) - (5) The average cost of a Multi Function Police Facility ranges between $2.75m to $3.6m. Housing accommodation varies at between $300 000 to $400 000 per annum, wages, staffing, relief, on costs etc per officer up to $200 000 pa. One facility with 4 staff (Warburton) has an operating budget of $450 000.
