(2) If no to (1), why not?
(3) Why does the Minister believe that consent is needed from other parties involved in the 2004 contract variation before the Minister can table the contract in parliament?
(4) Why did the current Government agree to numerous and significant changes to the 2000 Convention Centre agreement, made between the previous Government and Multiplex?

(1) - (3) Please refer to the Minister's answer to Question on Notice 4756. The requested documents have been tabled.
4. The negotiations for the changes to the 2000 Convention Centre agreement were not within my portfolio. The only advice that was provided by officers in my portfolio at that time was technical advice on land tenure issues. The issues relating to the negotiations for changes to the Agreement were within the portfolio of the Minister for Tourism.
