PRIMARY INDUSTRIES AND
REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT FACILITIES — MURDOCH UNIVERSITY
559. Hon COLIN de GRUSSA to the Minister for Finance:
I refer to the joint announcement
by the minister on the 16 May 2023 that expressions of interest were now open
for the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development facilities at
Murdoch University.
(1) Noting that
the closing date for the EOI is the 19 May 2023, when was the EOI opened and
when was it placed on the Tenders WA website?
(2) Given the
complexity of this project and its estimated value of $320 million, is the time
provided for responses to the EOI in accordance with normal procurement
practices?
(3) If no to (2), why has such
little time been provided?
