In relation to the housing developments owned by the Department of Housing on Chesterfield Street in Mirrabooka, built as part of Stage 2 of the Nation Building Economic Stimulus Package, I ask:
(a) how many units were to be developed in this project;
(b) how many units have been completed;
(c) how many of these units are allocated for Department of Housing waitlisted tenants;
(d) how many units have been allocated to community housing programs or organisations;
(e) how many units are allocated for sale;
(f) how many units have been sold;
(g) were the units sold under the National Rental Assistance Scheme; and
(h) if not, what scheme were they sold under and who received the proceeds from their sale?
