I refer to Tender Number 24101448001 published on the Tenders WA website, and I ask: (a) In relation to the water storage tanks at R Block, Level 1: (i) On what dates were the tanks inspected and/or assessed; (ii) What were the findings of each inspection and/or assessment; and (iii) What remediation works, if any, have been identified as required; (b) Are there any other water storage tanks servicing other levels of R Block: (i) If yes, have those tanks been inspected and/or assessed; (ii) If yes, on what dates were they inspected and/or assessed; (iii) What were the findings of each inspection and/or assessment; and (iv) What remediation works, if any, have been identified as required; (c) Has any asbestos been identified in any testing undertaken on any water storage tank in R Block; (d) Is any remediation work on any water storage tank in R Block being funded from the Government’s $50 million Health Asset Maintenance Fund; and (e) Will the new six-storey building at RPH’s S Block, connecting to R Block, be serviced by the water storage tanks in R Block?
