(1) Has the Department finalised the 2013 Delivery and Performance Agreements for each State Training Provider?
(2) If yes to (1), can the Minister —
(a) advise whether student curriculum hours will be cut at any of the State Training Providers under the 2013 Delivery and Performance Agreements;
(b) in relation to any State Training Provider identified in (a), identify —
(i) the reduction in student curriculum hours;
(ii) the specific courses that will be impacted;
(iii) any other State Training Provider services or support programs that may be impacted by the reduction in student contact hours; and
(c) table copies of the Delivery and Performance Agreements?
(3) If no to (1), when will the Delivery and Performance Agreements be finalised?
