I refer to the Treasurer’s media statement of 3 February 2009 titled “Cap on public sector workforce announced”, which states that the “all-up number for general government agencies is 99 155 FTEs”; this is in reference to the cap — (1) How was that figure calculated? (2) It is 1 822 FTEs.
