I refer to the practice of the Western Australian Government's Building and Energy division referring select complaints to the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT), and I ask: (a) how many complaints have been referred to the SAT, per financial year since 2017-18 financial year to date; and (b) what was the average time for resolution of these complaints by the SAT, per financial year since the 2017018 financial year to date?
