I will have a second attempt at getting an answer. I refer to the possible sale of the Entertainment Centre land by Kerry Stokes to the Government for it to construct an indoor concert and sports arena. (1) Will the Government be calling for expressions of interest to develop the East Perth power station site? If not, why not? (2) Will the minister confirm that Mr Stokes’ East Perth power station art gallery project is a stand-alone project and not part of any deal with Mr Stokes over the Entertainment Centre land? (3) If the minister will not confirm that the East Perth power station project is a stand-alone project, in the interests of accountability will the minister provide complete details of what has been proposed regarding the Entertainment Centre land and the East Perth land? Hon KEN TRAVERS
