I refer to the $25,000 from the Regional Grants Scheme provided to Taste Pty Ltd towards the creation of new down-stream products using French black truffles, and ask given that the Minister’s previous answer in 2011 mentioned that “The work to date has provided proof of concept for a novel extraction method pertaining to truffles and other raw materials using a low temperature, high pressure technique”, has this novel extraction method progressed from proof of concept to commercial use?
