In relation to the 24 July 2018 riot and subsequent escape at Greenough Regional Prison: (a) When was the acting Minister first made aware of the incident (date and WST time): (i) By what form did that communication take (i.e. email, phone call etc.) and from whom (i.e. Chief of Staff to the usual Minister); and (b) When was the Member for Cockburn first made aware of the incident: (i) By what form did that communication take and from whom?

(a) Minister Logan's Chief of staff contacted the Chief of Staff of the Acting Minister by phone at 5:00pm. The Acting Minister was then briefed at 5:20PM in Minister Logan's office.
(b) Minister Logan was first informed by the Chief of Staff by phone at 7:21PM AWST and made the decision at that point to return immediately to Perth.
