TO PRISON WARRANTS — PAUL PATRICK BRADY
1534. Hon NICK GOIRAN to the minister representing the
Minister for Police:
I refer to the minister's
answer to my question without notice on 13 November 2024 in which the minister
advised there were 35 return to prison warrants outstanding, including 18 for
fugitives that the minister will not name and another 17 for fugitives the
minister has named.
(1) Is the
minister aware that a public search of the eCourts Portal identifies that there
are outstanding arrest warrants for Paul Patrick Brady?
(2) How old are the arrest
warrants?
(3) Is the minister aware that the Western Australia
Police Force has been contacted with details of Mr Brady's whereabouts
on multiple occasions?
(4) Is Mr Brady one of the 35
fugitives?
(5) If no to (4), why not?
