I refer to the finalisation of the Tjiwarl
Native Title Settlement, and I ask:
(a) will the settlement incorporate payment for past cultural loss;
(b) if yes to (a), what will the quantum of that payment be;
(c) if yes to (b), who will pay for any assessed past cultural loss separated
by private sector payments and government payments; and
(d) will the settlement establish a basis for the assessment of cultural loss
for future development?
