In relation to the Minister's statement to Parliament that a major footbridge will be built from the proposed Burswood Stadium across the Swan and into East Perth, I ask:
(a) in making this decision, what proposed pedestrian projections have been used to justify this expenditure, annually and daily when a capacity crowd attends the stadium;
(b) what is the estimated cost of the footbridge and its dimensions;
(c) when will a tender be let; and
(d) when will construction begin and finish?
