(b) Nil.
(c) The Executive of the Directorate or Hospital, or their nominated officer.

(a) Australasian Performing Right Association Ltd. "Music on Hold"
(b) $623.73 annual fee and $119.74 renewal fee paid to Australasian Performing Rights Association

Nurses and Midwives Board
(a) Nurses and Midwives Board Western Australia does not use recorded music or radio station music for the on-holdtelephony system. We have our own recorded messages via "Messages on Hold"
