1032. Hon TIM CLIFFORD to the Leader of the House
representing the Minister for Culture and the Arts:
I refer to the government's
recent decision to terminate the lease of Picabar in the Perth Cultural Centre

(1) Does the
minister consider three weeks a reasonable time frame for a business to vacate
after having held the lease since 2012?
(2) When will the expression of
interest be released and how long will it be open for?
(3) Could the
minister please provide details of any restrictions on who can submit
expressions of interest?
(4) What is the duration of the
lease being offered under the EOI process?
(5) Is the EOI process a part of a longer
formal tender process?
