(1) Can the minister please confirm that a review was recently undertaken on the State Forensic Mental Health Service by Professor Mullen and Ms Chettleburgh from Forensicare in Victoria? (2) If yes to (1), has a report been provided on their review and will the minister please table a copy of the report?
