(b) Under section 145 of the Planning and Development Act, applicants need to submit:
a. A deposited plan, audited by Landgate (a certified correct plan);
b. An application in a manner and form approved by the WAPC (Form 1C), including clearance of any conditions; and
c. An application fee.
Applications that meet the three conformance requirements are determined in the timeframes set out in Part (a). Lodgement dates are calculated from the date on which the three application requirements are met. It should be noted that WAPC’s performance in endorsing deposited plans approved by Landgate is impacted by the above requirements to be met by applicants, which is outside the control of the WAPC.
