I refer to the Public Sector Commission investigation into
the Minister for Energy's office and its relationship with the

(1) Has the Premier discussed the outcomes of this
investigation with the minister?
(2) Did the
investigation recommend any action in respect of the minister's staff;
and, if so, what action and why?
