In relation to water usage, the State Government is conscious of the need to conserve water and has encouraged installation of water saving measures in Government owned and leased premises. These measures include the introduction of dual flush toilets, waterless urinals and water flow restrictions to hand basins. In relation to specific water usage of each agency and their individual offices, this information is not available as in a majority of cases, water charges are included as part of a general charge for outgoings and usage is not communicated to individual tenants of multi tenanted buildings. Electricity usage is available through the Energy Reduction Initiative for the requested years with the total usage (in kilowatt hours) and corresponding figures for each agency provided in the table below: Year Total DCD OSIV OCY OWP 2001/02 4,504167 4,153,563 163,207 79,034 108,363 2002/03 4,304,903 3,955,070 163,207 87,262 99,365 2003/04 4,216,018 3,870,189 159,464 84,390 101,975 2004/05 4,205033 3,917,464 130,137 54,165 103,267 2005/06 4,180,103 4,010,705 80,858 26,472 62,068
