(1) Is the
director general of Transport currently considering providing approval for the
GoCatch application to be used in Western Australia?
(2) If yes to (1), when does the director general expect to
make the decision?
(3) Will this
and other passenger transport apps need to comply with the Taxi Act and be
deemed a taxi management service?
