I refer to your answer to my
question without notice C1438 answered on the 9th of December
2025 and C1463 of the 10th of December in which the Government
said “Synergy is reviewing responses to an Expression of Interest process” but
did not provide specific details, and I ask: (a) what is the tender number of
the EOI for the period 2026-2032; (b) how much energy was sought in
that EOI; (c) what is the tender number of
the supplementary EOI released in August 2025; (d) how much energy was sought in
that supplementary EOI; (e) were both tenders limited to
the South West Interconnected System; (f) please provide copies of the tender documents for both the original and supplementary tenders; and (g) how much additional renewable energy and renewable energy capacity will the Government purchase from the private sector under this tender process in each year from 2026 to 2032?
