(2a) The Sector Health Check Steering Committee - Barry MacKinnon, Chairperson.
(2b) The Sector Health Check Implementation Steering Committee - Joan McKenna-Kerr, Chairperson
(3a) The Sector Health Check Steering Committee was established in August 2006 and completed its work in May 2007.
(3b) The Sector Health Check Implementation Steering Committee was established in June 2007 and is expected to complete its work in October 2008.
(4a) The Sector Health Check Steering Committee, commissioned to undertake a major state-wide review of disability services in Western Australia incurred costs of $91,995.96.
(4b) Annual costs for the operations of the Sector Health Check Implementation Steering Committee are estimated to be $3,000 (sitting fees for the 1 eligible member of the Committee). No other costs are anticipated for this Committee.
