a) The Department of Housing and Works (the Department) investigates disruptive behaviour complaints in accordance with its obligations under the Residential Tenancies Act 1987 .
A strike is issued following corroborated complaint(s) of disruptive behaviour where the Department is satisfied that the incident of disruptive behaviour has been proven.
