(1) When will stage 2 commence?
(2) Has funding been allocated for building stage 2; and, if
not, why not?
(3) Has the
minister approached the Minister for Regional Development for an allocation of
royalties for regions funds or has the Department of Education applied for
royalties for regions funds to build stage 2; and, if not, why not?
(4) If yes to
(3), when was or were the approach or approaches made and what was or were the
response or responses?
