REPORTING OF SERIOUS INCIDENTS TO CHIEF PSYCHIATRIST
I refer to the answer to question on notice 5566 provided on Tuesday, 13 November 2007 regarding serious incidents reported to the Chief Psychiatrist. (1) Of the 13 alleged assaults on staff or patients reported to the police, how many were alleged assaults on staff? (2) Of the 13 alleged assaults on staff or patients reported to the police, how many were alleged assaults on patients? (3) Of the five alleged sexual assaults, how many were assaults by staff?
