(a) The regulations support the commencement of the Privacy and Responsible Information Sharing Act 2024 and Information Commissioner Act 2024 .
(b) The Department of Justice, the Department of the Premier and Cabinet, and the former Information Commissioner
(c) No, however the former Information Commissioner raised broader queries about annual reporting.
(d) – (e) N/A
