(1) The Security and Related Activities Control Amendment Act 2007, was assented to in February 2008. This Act contains the legislative and administrative changes for the licensing of security guards.
Amendments to the Security and Related Activities Control Regulations to support the Amendment Act are currently being drafted.  The amended regulations will provide the administrative framework for this legislation
