I refer to Budget Paper No. 2, Volume 1 at page 398, "Services and Key Efficiency Indicators", line item Specialist Community Services, and ask: (a) what specialist community services providers receive State government funding to provide services in the South West electoral district; (b) how much funding did each of the providers receive to provide services in the South West electoral district in each of: (i) 2011-12; (ii) 2012-13; and (iii) 2013-14; (c) how much funding will each of the providers receive to provide services in the South West electoral district in 2014-15; and (d) how many clients accessed the services of each of those service providers in each of: (i) 2011-12; (ii) 2012-13; and (iii) 2013-14?

(a) The WA Country Health Service (WACHS) receives State Government funding to provide specialist public community mental services to the South West Health Service region.
(b) WACHS ‑ South West received funding allocation for the following financial years of:
(i) 2011‑2012 ‑ $9,012,010
(ii) 2012‑2013 ‑ $11,039,639
(iii) 2013‑2014 ‑ $12,350,728
(c) WACHS ‑ South West has received $12,597,493 for the provision of specialist community mental health services in the South West Health region in the 2014 -2015 financial year.
(d) The following number of clients accessed the WACHS ‑ South West specialist community mental health services in each of these financial years:
(i) 2011‑2012 - 3,105
(ii) 2012‑2013 - 3,568
(iii) 2013‑2014 - 3,550
