(a) - (d) WA Police has a limited dataset on traffic crashes which is sufficient to allow for accurate file management and investigation of road traffic crashes to determine if an offence(s) has occurred. All crash forms are delivered to Main Roads WA for comprehensive recording and inclusion in their crash database.
There are no recorded instances of a mobile phone, radio or communications device being involved in a fatal or serious injury traffic crash in 2006 or 2007.
