In relation to the National Partnership Agreement on Low Socio-Economic Status School Communities announced in late 2009:
(a) which schools did the Education Department ask to be added to the Federal list which was based on the Index of Relative Socio-Economic Disadvantage (SEI);
(b) did the Minister advise the Australian Government that the additional schools warranted inclusion because their low SEI score identified them for priority attention;
(c) how does the Minister explain that some schools were by-passed for funding while schools with a considerably higher SEI were included in the State’s list;
(d) who was responsible for the ultimate approval of the list; and
(e) was the Minister consulted about the compilation of the list?
