(a) 27 November 2018. The contract value is defined as confidential information in the contract. Releasing this information publicly would expose Horizon Power to a legal claim for breach of contract.

(f) Horizon Power proceeded with an Open Tender to the market and then followed a two-staged evaluation process based on merit and value for money. An independent probity advisor was appointed who was present in the evaluation consensus meetings and vendor demonstrations.
