I refer to town planning appeals, and ask - (1) How many appeals were lodged with - (a) the Town Planning Appeal Tribunal; and (b) the minister between 12 February and 30 June 2001? (2) How many of those appeals lodged have been decided by - (a) the Town Planning Appeal Tribunal; and (b) the minister? (3) Of the decisions made, how many have been upheld and how many have been refused by - (a) the Town Planning Appeal Tribunal; and (b) the minister? As at 31 October 2001, the minister had dealt with 204 appeals in all, most of which had been lodged with the previous minister.
