I refer to various grant programs that come under the Minister's Portfolios, including the Agribusiness Innovation Fund, Collie Futures Fund, Grants for Asian Market Export Fund, Industrial Hemp Grants Scheme, The Value Add Agribusiness Investment Attaction Fund and the Regional Economic Development Grants, and ask: (a) Can the Minister list all Recipients of these funds, including the amount of funds received and the purpose for which the funds have been granted since coming to Government: (i) Including in the list how many jobs each is expected to create; and (ii) Including highlighting those grants that have a business case and/or a Financial Assistance Agreement (FAA); (b) For each grant program can the Minister outline the process her agency followed to secure final recipients; (c) Can the Minister outline the processes she has in place to ensure Government moneys are used for the purposes for which they are given; (d) Where matching funds are a part of the grant commitment, what processes are in place to ensure each grant has a matched component that is expended according to the provisions of the grant approval; and (e) Specifically on two grants to Collie SynFuels, when will the final reports on the progress of the projects funded be made available to the Government and/or to the public?
