ESPERANCE LEAD POLLUTION - REGULATORY AND LICENCE CONDITIONS
I refer to the Esperance lead issue. (1) Will the minister table the Environmental Protection Authority’s report showing the assessment and recommendations for the export of lead through the port of Esperance; and, if not, why not? (2) Will the minister table all regulatory and licence conditions required by the Department of Environment and Conservation of the port of Esperance regarding the export of lead concentrate; and, if not, why not? (3) Will the minister table all regulatory and licence conditions required by the Department of Environment and Conservation relating to the handling and export of lead concentrate by Magellan Metals Pty Ltd through the port of Esperance; and, if not, why not?
